How to delete your account
- Sign in to BeatEarn (the button below takes you straight there).
- Open Me → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted 7 days later; you can cancel until then.
Can’t sign in any more? Contact support from the email address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your sign-in, name, email, phone number, photo and profile
- Your Beat Points balance, streak and leaderboard place
- Feedback comments you wrote and your coarse location data
- For artists: your artist page, campaigns (taken down), uploaded artwork and audio, and verification details
- Notifications, support messages and push subscriptions
Kept, without your name or contact details
- Beat Points transaction records and anonymous star ratings, so totals and artist statistics stay accurate
- Payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Records of fraud or safety reviews, where needed to protect the community
